Not sure I understand 100% what you are looking for here.
You would backup/restore the host as you would any other host backup/restore.
Or are you talking about the setup of the host then the files are under /etc/libvirt/qemu

Or how can I mount the usb device or cdrom in guest os of virtual machine manager ???

Have you even looked at VMM for this?
Please provide details of what you have tried and what failed.
