Commvault recalls migrated files on linux

I have a customer using Comvault to "archive" or migrate old data based upon last date modified. But the desktop file browser recalls or "demigrates" all archived files when browsing the file system. They are using Nautilus as their file browser and changing the file fiew to "view as list" does not help. The question I have is this... Is there a setting in the Nautilus File Browser or file system to tell Linux file browsers not to show thumbnails?

    Thanks in advance...

This sounds like an issue with commvault, a commercial application/tool. Their support people or user forums may be able to help: CommVault Services: Support Services
