Unable to connect clients on internet using Squid 3.1.PLZ HELP!

    Hello,
    I am a newbie,
I have test lab as following : One server with RHEL 6 linux
    Clients: 1 ubuntu , 1 windows vista.

    ISP connection eth0 : ip: 10.3.0.1 /subnet 24 :8080
which means my web browser requires above proxy settings for using internet,so works fine on my server!

and eth1: which is internal network; 192.168.0.1/24
    DNS is configured properly
every things work fine on client side. except internet...!

i have configure Squid & Start the service but it seems like my clients are not able to connect to internet.
I have tried using default and also, basic configuration
and also, changing http_port 3128 to 8080.but no luck.

I have tried given custom acl and http_access its same.

on client web browser i get the following error message:
    "
unable to determine IP address from host name "website address"

    The DNS server returned:
Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.
This means that the cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.

    your cache administrator is root."

    any help would be appreciated.

    Many Thanks.

    regards
