    The best way to find it is to burn a CD/DVD of Fedora and boot it straight (LiveCD) from the CD/DVD without installing it. Usually Wireless and Video is the most troublesome things to get working with Linux.

    actually it was working fine with ubuntu,but I'm asking if there is a problem with fedora in specific ,any way thank you I will try the live cd .

    There's usually no real issues that are specific to just Fedora.
    And Linux typically runs pretty well on a Lenovo, so you should be good to go.
