    [SOLVED] Force Install Obsolete Packages

How do I go about installing old versions of packages and avoid the auto install from repos? I have OOo 2.4 RPM's, trying to see if a bug exists in it but when I try to install it's trying to automatically install libreoffice, thanks in advance

It sounds like you are using yum localinstall *.rpm to install the old RPMS? Have you tried just plain old rpm -ivh *.rpm? Post the commands you are running to install, and post the errors you get, too.
