    choose one close to you and look into the isos folder.

    GUI/no GUI is a matter of install options, the ISO is the same.

    As Irithori said, the issue is one of installation options selected. You can easily install the system without a GUI, though that usually means selecting the server installation option.
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
