Boot a live/recovery cd/dvd and run fsck against the system disc file system partitions. Then if you can't reboot, you can either manually recover your system, again using the live/recovery cd/dvd, or backup your user data and reinstall the system. In any case, the power failure munged your file system. I always use a UPS so I can shut it down if the power goes out for more than a few seconds.

yes i can put in live cd of fedora. When i start with live cd, i try to find my home directory but i cant. In computer folder i can mount all entities (some hard disks) but one give me an error that can not mount because is busy and is related with a loop3. Maybe here are all my data.
    What can i do here?

You don't want to mount them until you have run fsck on them.
