Bluetooth no-pin connections broken on Fedora-16

Bluetooth no-pin device connections (input type devices like WIIMOTE for example), does not work in Fedora-16. All bluez and bluetooth packages were installed. I had to drop back to Fedora-15 to connect the Wiimote device, and it works just fine.

just curious, on the Fedora 16 box, had you tried updating the kernel to the latest available (currently 3.1.9-1)? I don't know if it addresses any Bluetooth specific issues, just a thought.

Yes, I performed a "yum -y update" after installing the kernel, then rebooted, then installed all the packages, then repeated the yum -y update.

Interesting...you may have found a bug.

There is something listing at the Common Fedora 16 Bugs page, though I don't know if it related or not. It refers to this bugzilla bug.

no, this bug is completely different. The bug you referred to has to do with file transfer, where the bug I'm reporting has to do with connecting a device where pairing with a pin is not required (wiimote for example). Also, the bug you pointed to is also a bug in Fedora-15, and no-pin connections works perfectly in Feddora-15.
