can you be a little more explicit...
Do you have Linux installed on your machine...
and "what" command do you want to use on your M$ box...?

    Hi suresheva31,

If you are looking for a way to use a Linux like environment in Windows, you could try Cygwin. It is like a Linux emulator for Windows. You can use the command line and if you have Cygwin/X, you can run some programs that have graphical interfaces (there are some included). I believe you have to recompile programs from source if you want them to work under Cygwin (I have only used it a little bit, didn't try installing much).

The website for Cygwin is www.cygwin.com
The website for Cygwin/X is http://x.cygwin.com/

Read the description on the websites to see if this is truly what you are looking for.
    Hope I could help.

    Do you trust M$??
    I don't :P

BTW, all the tools given by valan are really excellent in getting the job done.
    Also, they are open source..
