you probably need to create a new initrd with the xfs driver included and modify the init script in the initrd to tell it ...

if SLF based on RHEL 5.x??
you probably need to create a new initrd with the xfs driver included and modify the init script in the initrd to tell it what the new root partion is (near the bottom of the script).In a world without walls and fences, who needs Windows and Gates?
