Software to test server's network, disk writing, etc?

So before moving to a new server I want to give it a really good test out.

I was wondering if someone could push me towards some software that can test it's Network, how fast it writes to the disk, how fast it processes.. etc. I just want something that'll really give it a good stress test.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for your time.

Prime95 is a good stress test tool, but it won't do everything you want to do.

For Disk testing you can use Iometer or filebench..

Not sure about network testing have a look at this

The Phoronix Test Suite is pretty popular, and supposedly has a nice GUI interface (never used it myself).

A nice network testing tool is Netperf: The Netperf Homepage
Versions are available to test on Win and Linux platforms. Nice way to make comparisons.

    Hope this helps
