I'm unable to change the icon theme on any of the users. I did also try running "gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme fedora" with root & non-root.

I have also tried to Gnome-Tweak-Tool, but everything still remains the same.
Any helpful suggestions will be appreciated.
