There is a package for CentOS 6 here:

If you are not familiar w/it, CentOS is a binary-compatible, completely free clone of Red Hat Enterprise Linux

would like to install google-chrome on my RHEL-6 and I have a lo of dependencies as libc.so.6 lsb, xdg-utils ... and its not easy with a just "sudo yum install $package" can install. any idea to figure out how to install packages (texmaker, flash-player, skype ... )on my RHEL-6.2 machine. Thanks for your help.

Are you using the Google yum repository to install Chrome? If you do, then it should use yum to satisfy all the dependencies for you. You may still into some missing packages of course, but hopefully the list will be shorter.
