postfix running on centos 6 external e-mail getting blocked

Hi guys I been building a postfix server the latest version 2.9 and using courier for imap connection. At the moment I got a problem where external email is reaching the mail server but getting block. I assume it's a miss config something I'm missing but I not sure what it is.

    At the moment

    I have receive mail internally
I can send and receive E-mail using imap and smtp authentication.

Below is some of the config and logs.

I would be grateful for any help and advice
    Thanks
    Thomas
