Windows 98 SE help
I want to install linux redhat fedare cove 2 on my comp with windows 98 SE on it and be able to accesse both. i tried to install linux by itself but it screwed when i got to the patition setup. it said i don't have enough room or something and i have alot of room left. can someone plz explain.

Remember to defragment windows befor you try and install;

well i don't think it needs to be deframated it says in one drive i have like 277890mb of memory (i think that's the windows 98 SE drive cuz i can't alter it much) and there is one that says free with 7 mb in it.

What dylunio suggested is always a good idea, whether you *think* your drive needs it or not, particularly if you plan on resizing your 98SE partition to put Linux on it.
