When I want to print french documents with ssh :
ex.: lp -d printer6 test243bc.txt
All French characters like:
é become θ
ê become Ω
ç become τ
à become ...

CUPS - French documents won't print correctly....
When I want to print french documents with ssh :
ex.: lp -d printer6 test243bc.txt
All French characters like:

è become Φ
... etc..
How to SOLVE this problem?

Have you tried to change your keyboard settings to French?
This just might work.
