    Linux % steal time

    Hi

    1) Is the %steal time of Linux operational for KVM guests ?
    The kernel I am using is : 3.0.0-17-virtual and the Ubuntu : 11.10
    I do not see it operational now at a guest which is sharing all its vcpus with
    another guest ( running 8 threads of stress utility at each guest where the host has 8 cpus)
