Fedora 17 software repository not installing apps
Hi guys,
I've been trying to install apps and things from the software repository on my Fedora 17 OS. I go to install something, say, GIMP, on my Gnome desktop. I tick the box next to the program and then hit the apply button in the corner. It acts as if something is loading for a split second, greying out everything, then nothing happens. Am I missing a step to installing things? Any help is very much appreciated.
Thanks.

Execute this in Terminal :
Post error message here, if any.Code:su -c 'yum install gimp'
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
