I get very different results from you:

    # nslookup mail1.seftec.ie
    Server: 127.0.0.1
    Address: 127.0.0.1#53

    Non-authoritative answer:
    Name: mail1.seftec.ie
    Address: 89.204.217.51

    # nslookup 89.204.217.51
    Server: 127.0.0.1
    Address: 127.0.0.1#53

    Non-authoritative answer:
    51.217.204.89.in-addr.arpa name = mail1.seftec.ie.

Authoritative answers can be found from:
    217.204.89.in-addr.arpa nameserver = dns2.o2.ie.
    217.204.89.in-addr.arpa nameserver = dns1.o2.ie.
    dns1.o2.ie internet address = 62.40.32.33
    dns2.o2.ie internet address = 62.40.32.34

may be you have some old data in the NS you use
reboot your NS or use a different one if your results come from your ISP-NS
