How do Access files and a printer on networked windows comp?

I don't know how to network fedora core 3 and 2 Windows based computers. One is Win98, the other is XP. What do i do to go about this?
The windows XP computer is connected to my router by a wireless adaptor, the Win98 computer and the Fedora Core 3 computer r connected directly to my router. I have a printer on the FC3 and XP computer i'd like to share.
The FC3 computer only sees the windows network as existing but cant see the computers under it.
