man, is it a error that fedora hasn't fixed or have i installed it wrong? PLEASE help

Error 15 generally means that the Grub bootloader can't find the files it needs to boot the system. Since you haven't posted any useful information about what you have, there is no way anyone can help. Use the Fedora CD, boot it and go to the site below and download and run the bootinfoscript and post the output, a results.txt file here. It will provide detailed information on drives/partitions and boot files and someone should be able to advise you after seeing that information:
