Fedora 17 and ntpdate
Hi,
As mentioned in the system administration guide for f17, when I type ntpdate on cli, : "ntpdate command not found" is returned.
newbie in Linux. Are there any prerequisite to use the ntpdate command?
How can I fix this?

You need to install the ntp package. Do this from the command line with root privileges:
this will install the bits you need, then you should be able to run the ntpdate command.Code:yum install ntp
