    Ticketing system for system administrator

    Hi Friends,

    Please anyone suggest me ticketing system for system administrator so that the employers or users put ticket for system or network issues.

    So please anyone suggest me PHP open source ticket system. Otherwise suggest any ideas to implement this ticketing system in centos server.

    Some time ago I used DCL ("Double Chocolatte") Double Choco Latte | Free software downloads at SourceForge.net
    but it has been without any development for years. The files are still available, check them out it may give some ideas.

    But its very complicated and it wont use as system administrator ticketing system.
    I tried installing sourceforge.net/projects/ticket/
    But after installation I am getting this type of error
    Notice: Undefined variable: failed in /var/www/html/app/phpticket/functions.inc.php on line 46
