    Never heard about such a tool, also a quick search turned up nothing.
    Do you have more information what this tool shall do or an URL?

    What I found with a Google search is all in French. There are a number of sites and forums related to this term. One is a French remote controlled drone that can be controlled from your laptop. I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for. So, please be more specific about this product/package.
