Hi
I have RHEL 5.5 server in my office. it has samba server. earlier it was having fetchmail working fine. Now it is not working.
Iam new to linux had worked in linux years ago.
kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Hi and welcome

there is little information.
My suggestion is to login to this machine via ssh or maybe locally and then look around to gather informations.

e.g.
Is the filesystem full?

df -h

Are there errors?

dmesg
tail /var/log/messages

Is the network working?
Note: Depending on the setup, ping might or might not work.
It is also only a very basic first test.

I will give complete scenario and my requirement
i have redhat el 5.5
it has fetchmail and vpopmail configured
samba for file sharing
network is working fine
A virtual machine running win xp for tally server

My Requirement
Need a Mailserver and my isp is net4india
need to (fetch)route the mail thru this server and have a copy of all mails
samba for file sharing
no static ip
using broadband

instead you post a vague requirement.
