    Hi and welcome

    there is little information.
My suggestion is to login to this machine via ssh or maybe locally and then look around to gather informations.

    e.g.
    Is the filesystem full?
    Code:
    df -h
    Are there errors?
    Code:
    dmesg
    tail /var/log/messages
    Is the network working?
Note: Depending on the setup, ping might or might not work.
It is also only a very basic first test.
    Code:
    ping www.google.com

Still no information on the original error of post #1,
instead you post a vague requirement.

My advice is to hire on-site support.
