    I am sorry, As I'm new to Linux i just want to know what will be the issues like
    user unable to login
    /etc/shadow corrupted
    file system is full
    user account is disabled... etc..,
    so are there any issues like this which normally the admin face

    Define "normally".
    Because "list all normal authentication issues" sounds like a wild goose chase.

    My suggestion is:
    State your problem, including what you did, what you expected to happen and what errors you get.
    Then someone can probably help you.

    Agreed. Without a more specific question, there isn't really an answer.
    System related issues? We need an example.
    User related issues? Sometimes, the user is the issue.
