    network issuse

    i am running window 7 on my laptop, and install vmware workstation 7 on tht i install centos 5.5, and having router i am accessing newtork suddenly the network was down in centos 5.5,could not able to access net and ping to window machine could anybody resolve this issuse

    I can be found either 40 miles west of Chicago, in Chicago, or in a galaxy far, far away.
    Contact VMware support. This is not a Linux issue, but an issue with the VMware tool on Windows.
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

    Change Vm network settings to bridge network if it's NAT and check device status and connect at power on is checked
    and if you are still facing this issues, change network interface in cent OS to other eth1 or 2..
