The SMART data provided does not indicate a disc error. It is possible that you have a CPU or other motherboard issue. Can you shut down the system long enough to run hardware diagnostics?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

    Thanks Rubberman,

I am afraid I can not shut down the system for long as it is a production server. However i have not seen this error after that. Please let me know which diagnostic test you would like me to run and how much time they will take. can they stop my drives or hardware from working....?

maybe I manage to take down the server late night when there isn't much traffic...

Sorry for the delay. I usually try to get a diagnostic disc (or disc image I can burn to CD/DVD) from the system manufacturer, and run that. Sometimes, production servers like this have built-in hardware diagnostics (sometimes a bootable partition) that you can run while booting.
