What server software? version? That kind of thing would be useful for debugging. What is nginx? A spelling mistake?

Nginx (pronounced engine-x) is a free, open-source, high-performance HTTP server and reverse proxy, as well as an IMAP/POP3 proxy server.

I'm guessing that's the one. If so they have a forum -- wiki.Nginx.org/community

As usual, I could be wrong, but I thought transfer resume was something you wanted from a server. argv[] option triple-bucky perhaps?
