    Hi and welcome

    have a look at /etc/auto.master.
There you should find the hint to the configfile for /home/tnorris

It is a bit odd to handle a home directory with automount.
    Is this maybe a nfs?

    Hi,

Yes this is from nfs...This automount is from an ldap automountMap...The directory doesn't exist in this automountMap....but something is trying to mount it repeatedly, I need to find the source so that i cant uncomment/remove the thing which is causing this issue..sometimes even the autofs service gets crashed due to this.

    Hmm, no idea.

Is there maybe a ldap cache somewhere?
And what results are thre, if you query ldap from that bolmask01 machine?
