    No Home desktop folder

    I installed FC 3 from Linux Central CDs. I have no Home desktop folder in KDE and Gnome, only a trash can. Saved a OOo file to a new directory to desktop, no folder appeared. Also why all the duplicate folders in KDE and Gnome in the start menu? Why not all in one Control Center?
    And, for goodness sake get Flash and Shockwave installed from CD's. Xandros does!

    desktop

    Found some glue or stickies on the cd's. Cleaned off with alcohol and q tip. Reinstalled and Gome is perfect.
