    RED HAT Scientific computing tools

    Hi!

    I installed Red Hat Linux 9 with "Everything" Installation.
    So it was approximatelly 5GB
    Where can I find now the description of all the applications,
    packages, libraries that I installed?
    For sure the set in main menu are only some of them
    Especially I am interested in compilers, C++ libraries,
    applications for numerical computations

    Thanks!

    You can try poking around in the /usr directory: that's where applications get installed. /usr/share and /usr/share/docs might be illuminating as well.
    /IMHO
    //got nothin'
    ///this use to look better
