    tcpdump run by normal user???


    Hi
    I wanna know whether it is possible to run tcpdump without superuser status. The system is fedora 3.

    try chmod 4755 /sbin/tcpdump (or /where/ever/tcpdump is)

    to revert, chmod 700 or 755 it
