    Hard Drive Question

    I Installed Fedora Core 3 onto my hard drive and now i want to transfer the hard drive to another computer but when i hook it up to the computer the BIOS cannot detect it.
    The Hard Disk is a Maxtor 90845d4
    The BIOS on the system is "Award Modular BIOS v.4.60PGMA.
    THe COmputer is a AX6BC R2.20

    Can anyone help me with this error?

    When it was in the first computer, was it configured to be Slave or Master?
    If it was a slave in the old computer, and you want to make it Master in he new computer, you will have to change the junper setting.

    it was slave but i did change the jumper for it to be master.
