Need help with Dlink DWL-520 r.E drivers

I need help installing them. I have them from Dlinks website, I’ve uncompressed them, configured the install and ran install. I did my best to understand the readme's guide to configuring the wlan.conf What I would like to know what do I need to do now in the .conf file and the rest of the file sin /etc/wlan/ I'm starting to get a handle on Linux but this is the first thing I’ve tried to do and I’m getting stumped. I have been looking through some of the old posts and using search but haven’t really found much for the DWL-520e. I’m sure there’s something and If you could just link it that would be great. Also would It be better to use madwifi or NDISWrapper and if so which specific file do I dl for my pci card and fedora 4. I’ve looked through but I’m just not sure with ones and then can someone please post a link to the appropriate guide for the installation of it and the drivers. I have been working on this for about 5 hours so my brains about fried and I just cant take searching for the solution anymore today.

    Thanks in advance

Check out this post: http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/topic-48999.html follow the link for ndiswrapper to see what drivers people have used to get working under linux. IIRC, the DWL-520 is an atheros card, so it would be better to use the madwifi driver, (link to madwifi given in the link to the post).
Life is complex, it has a real part and an imaginary part.
