    need help finding backup solution


    We are running 10 RHEL 3 server,
    I need some suggestion for good enterprise level backup solution
    software /Hardware for our linux servers, We are currently using Arkeia
    which is nor performing well for us.

    If you are by chance using Veritas (Symantec) Backup Exec, you can purchase Linux remote agents to backup your RHEL boxes. However, if you are unfamiliar, Backup Exec is a Windows application designed for Windows Servers - but integrates well with Linux.

    We use Yosemite TapeWare on our RHEL boxes. Easy to configure, and you can access it either using X, or at a SSH terminal session

    We use Storix for our backups. I tested with tapeware and wasn't able to get it working on RHEL4 (even though they say it's supported).
