    Performance/throughput problem PCMCIA

    Hello all,
I have a few wireless air cards that support high speed mobile links.
When I use them from Windows PCs, they run up to 2+ Mbps.
The same card installed in a Linux server cuts off at around 490 kbps.
I'm thinking that there is some Linux configuration option that is causing
the OS to limit the throughput for my mobile cards. Any ideas on this?
    Thanks!

    Is anybody out there?

I've posted four threads with real issues that are blocking my progress, and have received not a single reply. Are there any other more active Linux forums out there? I need to resolve this throughput limiting issue on my USB/serial ports. Thanks.
