    How do you add something to the menu


    Ditto the title. If I form a link (shortcut) to an application I might want to also add it to the menu.

    I have FC-5 and use KDE.

    its very easy....
    right click on panel... click configure Panel
    Menus ---> click on "Edit K Menu" ---> File --> New
    add new entry, its command, icon etc...
