Upgrading Red Hat linux9.0 to Fedora Core 5?

I am using red hat linux9.0 in dual boot enviroment. I want to upgrade to Fedora Core 5 . Please tell me, how can i do this.

It's a straight upgrade. Boot up off the FC5 disk, and when it presents a list of what to install, either a installation type or an upgrade of an existing system, select the upgrade.
