How to install the Intel 945GM Graphic Driver on FC5?
I got the FC5, but the display resolution is not good, so I have to install the Graphic driver. I downloaded the driver from http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scri...9&submit=Go%21, and use the command
tar zxvf ‘filename’
to unzip. but then I do not know what to do. The README file in the package is just focus on the Xorg. Detail in the attachment picture and README file below.

This card works with the "vesa" driver, or with the "i810" with latest Fedora kernel (2.6.17.x). No need to install any special drivers.
To get the correct resolution working with the "i180", I believe you have to use the "915resolution" tool :
