Fedora Core 6 and Belkin NDISWRAPPER

I have a belkin f5d7010 wireless pcmcia card. I'm using it on a Gateway Solo 1450 Laptop. I have just stepped up to Fedora Core 6. I installed NDISWRAPPER 1.28 and the Belkin Driver. My problem is that sometimes the PCMCIA card doesn't start up. None of the green lights light up and work. I'm trying to figure out if this is a PCMCIA issue or an NDISWRAPPER or a Belkin Driver Issue. When it works...it works GREAT when it doesn't work...I'm not sure what I have done differently.

Any thoughts on this would be great.

Open a terminal as root and:
    Type
    Code:
    ndiswrapper -l
    and then type
    Code:
    iwconfig
    .
Please reply with the output of those to commands.
