Support for USB modems
I have just installed Fedora Core 6 as it is supposed to be very easy to run MythTV with it.
However, I have an ISDN modem connected by USB and I can not activate it. It seems to me that Fedora will only support it if connected by a serial port.
I have configured the modem and ISP in Admin/devices but I can not get it recognised. I have configured it as /TTY/ACM0.
The modem will work under Suse 10.1 configured that way.
Can any one advise how to install this please?
