Open this file with a text editor like kedit like this:
open a terminal as root, and type
kedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
then add this line
blacklist bcm43xx

Quick question though, how can i make the whole file system read write able, as its a pain to change each directory etc, as which im doing atm

changed that file and restarted the OS and no luck, im gunna try a differnet Wireless Card i think

I don't think you really want to make your whole filesystem read/writeable, It's too insecure.
And good luck with a new card, try an atheros chipset.
