    Cool creating rpms

follow the following steps (project name is "example")

1] Make the binary files for your source code

2] Compile Your Source Code for Creating ".o" file, it'll help in Makefile:
    # gcc *.c -c

    3] Create Makefile

4] Compile the "Makefile" with "make -d" option
    # make -d

5] Create "tar" file with your directory: for example the directory is example-1.0
    # tar cvf example-1.0.tar example

6] make it zip file; with gzip command
    # gzip example-1.0.tar

7] Move the "example-1.0.tar.gz" file into "/usr/src/redhat/SOURCE/" directory

8] Create/Copy the ".spec" file into "/usr/src/redhat/SPEC" directory

9] Now, build "RPM" with "rpmbuild" command
    # rpmbuild -ba /usr/src/redhat/SPEC/example-1.0.spec

10] Check the RPM into "/usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/" directory

if u have any dout for the make file and .spec file then ask me.
