Are you talking about desktop enhancements or software updates?
If you want a fancy desktop check out compiz or beryl (you'll need some good graphics hardware). If you're looking for software updates try su -c "yum update"

At gnomelook and kdelook.com i found only themes and other stuff but not software to enhance Desktop look.

I know of the software you're talking about but doesn't that just add themes for winxp? Why don't you tell us exactly what you want to do and we'll walk you through it.
