    Uninstall Curl


    Can anyone give me the command to use to uninstall Curl from a dedicated server (using SSH)? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    I am currently using CentOS 4.x

    You would "ssh", as root, to the server you want to remove curl.
    Do the following command:

    rpm -q curl


    Now for me I get "curl-7.12.1-8.rhel4" your could be different.
    Then execute the following command:

    rpm -e --nodeps curl-7.12.1-8.rhel4

    Done it is now removed.
