    I have tried everything, nvidia


    I have tried everything on the internet to try and get my Nvidia (geforce 400/400 to work. It says that the configuration is bad and is using a backup. I am running fedora core 6. if there are any suggestions please help, i may just reinstall my radeon or try and reinstall my fc6 and see if that works. please help.

    Have you tried the binary drivers package from Livna? Go to http://rpm.livna.org, use the one-line instructions to add the repository, and do a 'yum install kmod-nvidia' and see if that resolves your prob.

    Well what the main problem can you not load some options or what cause if you can see everything then its working to some extent.
