I am running a Server with redhat (psyche) linux on it.
Yesterday the Server crashed and shutdown,
Where can i find information about the cause ?

try to look in /var/log. It has some very valuable information, and what info that might be interesting to you would be found at in the debug, messages or secure logs.

All information that your log daemons log is in /var/log/. That would be where you would want to browse to research the crash.
