Help installing YUM on Redhat Enterprise 4 workstation

I have the above mentioned workstation that I need to install yum on, it's giving me problems I'm guessing because it needs some dependencies. I want to install yum version 2.6.0.1, but was wondering how I need to go about it, where do I find these dependencies? If anyone has experience installing yum on redhat enterprise 4 please let me know. Thanks.

Are you sure it doesn't already have yum installed? It came with my RHE4

    Yum comes with the package.
But perhaps it's not installad by the system admin?

You might want to try yum which comes with RHEL4/CentOS4:
    yum-2.4.3-1.c4.noarch.rpm

It will install without any problem (or any dependencies).
