so now the system jus seems to be really unstable .. i re-installed it i dont kno why .. but now i cant adjust the resolution with out the computer ...

    so now the system jus seems to be really unstable .. i re-installed it i dont kno why .. but now i cant adjust the resolution with out the computer messing up .. i just want to adjust it to 1280x800 wich is the system default .. and now my built in mouse (built into the laptop) doesnt work properly(scroll button does'nt work,double click to move the 3d box does'nt work) and when i press ctrl-alt-f1 it goes to the command prompt but its blurry and does'nt look right . any ideas?

    What kernel is it running and have you reinstalled the nvidia drivers yet or is it back on nv/vesa (the one included with linux)?
